A New Bear in the Garden

I'll have to start giving them names...

Bear 4

Her jacket and pants are made from an old 50's tablecloth pinned at the top with a funky brooch!

Her face and body are the softest alpaca...

Happy Friday

The hydrangeas growing outside now will become part of this gigantic dried arrangement I add to all the time to carry me through the long New England winters:

Chocolate

Today's challenge color at Cinderberry Stitches is chocolate. Hmmm... I love neutrals but I don't create with them much. I do have some gorgeous vintage textiles to display, however, along with a sampler made by my great great great something or other in 1819. Sewing is definitely in my blood!

Blue

Thank you to Natalie at Cinderberry Stitches for mentioning my participation in this challenge! This is fun - Nikko Blue Hydrangeas are my inspiration today...

Green

It has been roasting here on the east coast (US) - so the beautiful spring green seen here won't last much longer, I'm afraid!
